A Small World Early Childhood Center A Small World Early Childhood Center is conveniently located in Billings Heights; providing Billings area children and families with a fun, safe, clean, loving, learning environment. A Small World Early Childhood Center offers Full-time and Part-time care for children 6 week to 6 years. Our Center is licensed by the State of Montana, Inspected & Insured. We encourage the development of a positive self-image and foster independence in each child enrolled in our center. We seek to encourage respect for self as well as for others - understanding that one must first have self-respect before she/he is able to respect others.
